DOWN PAYMENT
A fifty percent down payment is required to proceed the translation project if the total amount of the translation cost is IDR 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand Rupiah) or more. Fewer than this amount shall be completed in advanced.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance payment is due upon completion of the translation or prior to submission (if the translated document expected to be sent by email or Gojek). Thereby, we will NEVER proceed the document unless we receive the payment either down payment or full payment.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made in cash in our office or transferred to any of our bank accounts that officially written in the invoice; or if you are overseas, the payment can be easily made via Paypal in which the account shall be informed when confirmed. Please note that Invoice and detailed bank or Paypal account shall be inform when you agree to this payment policy.
We can also collect the payment in your house or office if you have documents at least 50 pages (source language). Less than this number shall be directly submitted to our office or emailed to our email address.
REFUND
All payments (deposit/down payment and balance payment) are NON REFUNDABLE. We highly advise to read and double check the said provisions.
DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

Documents can be delivered to our office or simply send to our email or WhatsApp in either Pdf of JPEG format. Please ensure the documents scanned clearly and readable. Please also ensure that you CAN READ the texts in the documents planned to be translated before sending them to our office.
DOCUMENT COLLECTION

The hard copy of translated documents must be directly collected in our office. Alternatively, we can help you ordering GOJEK from our office at your cost. The delivery service charge shall be paid directly to the GOJEK Rider upon the receipt of the documents.
