Current Translation Cost
Below is the current translation rates for sworn and non-sworn translation applied at the Language Assistance. The cost of translation is valid for one year and is revised every year adjusted with the most recent economic trends.

How translation is charged?
The cost of translation is charged per page (Target Language), and it is NOT per word. So, please kindly send your documents to our emails to estimate and confirm the total page numbers of the Target Language and their costs. We will never offer quotation without seeing the documents that will be translated.
What is a Sworn Translation?
Sworn Translation is translated, signed and stamped by our sworn and certified translator. Currently, we have only Indonesian, English, Gerrman, Dutch, French, Chinese and Japanese languages. There will be a certification made by our translator certifying that the document is translated by a certified and sworn translator under government license. The detailed contact of Langauge Assistance such as address, telephone number, email and business registration number will also be displayed in each translated document.
What is Official Translation?
Meanwhile, for other languages (Spanish, Russian, Korean and Italian) can be translated using Official Translation which is translated by our non-sworn translator and signed and stamped by the Director of Language Assistance. Official Translation is usually accepted in government offices in Indonesia because there is not sworn translator for Spanish, Russian, Korean and Italian at the moment. The detailed contact of Langauge Assistance such as address, telephone number, email and business registration number will also be displayed in each translated document. Please BE AWARE if any translation agencies in Indonesia offering sworn translation for these languages. This must be a fraud! We highly recommend to double-check to the authorised body which will need your document before using this official translation.
Types of translation services
(normal, express and super express)
Language Assistance offers three types of translation services i.e. normal, express and super express. Please be wish to choose one of the service available at the Language Assitance.
NORMAL translation means “first come first serve” wherein the earlier documents received will be translated first, then continued to current documents. If you prefer normal service, we highly recommend to send the document to our office earlier via email (see the detailed email on the bottom), so your documents can be immediately done when other documents finished.
EXPRESS translation (maximum 10 pages) can be completed between 2 (two) and 3 (three) working days. Double price applies for this service.
Finally, SUPER EXPRESS translation (maximum 5 pages of source language as we are “humans”, not robots) can be completed within 24 hours. It costs three times higher than normal price. This service is particularly dedicated for any of you who need such an urgent translation. We shall acknowledge that this last service is very expensive. Please NEVER use this service if you are not obliged to do so!
Our newest SWORN and CERTIFIED translation service in Bali is TOP URGENT translation (source language between 1 and 3 pages only), to be completed 6 hours. It costs five times more expensive than our normal price. This is the FASTEST translation service ever. We shall acknowledge that this last service is very expensive. Please NEVER use this service if you are not obliged to do so!

Payment Methods
Payment can be made cash upon submission of the document to our office, or transfer to our local bank account, or transferred via PayPal with additional charged of US$ 5 per transaction.
